The following prices are indicative only.  There will be a price difference between an extension to the back of a small terrace house and an extension on the back of a large detached house.  If your property is listed or you are in a conservation area this may also affect the price.

I will always provide a fixed price for the project, below is an indication of my prices.

Two Storey Side Extension                             From          £1,450.00

Front Porch                                                        From         £  500.00

Garage Conversion                                           From         £  750.00

· Council fees are not included in the above prices.

​

· I am not VAT registered so you will only pay the price quoted.  

​

· I always recommend that a Certificate of Lawfulness is obtained if Planning Permission is not required.

​

· Building Control drawings are included.

​

· On some projects a structural engineer may be required to calculate beam sizes, this would be an additional cost.
